What is the meaning of-
Interstate Highway Sign
State Highway Sign
US Highway Sign
County Highway Sign
And also what type of sign is each of them?
(Example-Regulatory Sign, Guide Sign, Service Sign, Warning Sign, etc...)

They tell you the road (#) and the type of road it is (county roads may say what county). That's it.
You can consider route markers 'guides'. |

The difference in each of the signs is who governs and maintains that particular stretch of road. Interstate is a highway through 2 or more states and is covered under the Federal Highway funds as is US Highway sign. US Highway was first created to assist moving our military across on a road that would handle the demands of military troops if needed. In earlier days, US highways like US66 would run from coast to coast or border to border. A side note here, odd number highways are generally north and south, east and west are even. You may have parrallel highways connected to the beginning and end of a main highway and share the number like I 205 is part of I 5. State is a major highway controlled by that state and maybe part of a Interstate or US highway. County covers just a local byway. All are guide signs. Regulatory signs control rules like speed limits and restricted lanes and are usually black and white. Service signs are usually blue- rest area ahead, gas next 3 miles, etc.
Warning signs are usually orange or yellow- road construction ahead, slow turn ahead. Yellow usually means an advisory, orange means you better listen to this sign. |

You're describing highway identifier signs. They do mean different things but the most important to a traveller is that they distinguish routes in locales that have the same highway # but one may be a US highway and another may be a state highway.
One useful tidbit is that Interstates and US highways with even #'s run east-west and odd numbers run north-south. There's more that can be read on a map legend. |
