Road conditions on the "Grapevine" I5 Freeway aka Tejon Pass?

I am going from LA to San Jose and will be on the i5 through the infamous "Grapevine" and with all this weather going on, im not sure if i can utilize it or will have to go around... can you help with a good website or news about this mountainous pass? thanks!
