alright, so im not from port jervis.. so i do not know how easy or hard they are when it comes to grading the road tests.. can anyone give me some helpful hints.. my appointment is this week!!

If you feel nervous - take a deep breath slowly, lips slightly open, exhale the same way.
Keep your eyes moving from side-to-side and also look in both side views and rear view mirror.
If you come to a Yield sign-make a full stop, lower your window and believe it or not, stick your head out and look for passing traffic. Sticking your head out tells the examiner you're taking extra precautions by not only looking at your mirrors (I failed the first time because I didn't physically Yield, then someone gave me that stick-your-head-out-the-window tip).
Examiner may ask you to drive down Front St.-busy street. I believe the speed limit's 30. Be on the lookout for:
kids on bikes (slow down when approaching them);
parked cars with their brake lights on (they could pull out suddenly without signaling),
drivers in their parked car who suddenly fling their door open to traffic without looking before getting out,
People who suddenly turn into pedestrians.
Examiner may direct you to 84W, which is outside of Port, to see how you handle highway driving. That acceleration lane to get onto 84W is on a curve and your left view will be obscured by trees. When you're out of that curve, accelerate quickly; however if there's a truck coming up on the right lane, slow up slightly, let him pass, then accelerate to the speed limit - 65 mph. If you're tested on 84W, you'll cross the Tri-State Bridge to Pa. for a short time, then he may direct you back to Port (you'll cross another bridge over the Delaware).
I don't know how easy/hard the road test is graded, but I know the area.
