i got pulled over today for no seatbelt(pulling out of the parking lot of where i work). im 20 and on my parents insurance policy. i had 1 speeding ticked 1 year and 8 months ago(trooper got me at 68 in a 55, went to traffic school and got the points taken away), and i got ticketed for a loud exhaust(flowmasters on a 93 mustang 5.0), and tint 1 month ago. they were both dismissed. will this violation raise my rates if i plead guilty,and what would my fines be. i just dont want my parents policy with geico to get cancelled because of me. my parents are both great drivers.

it was a local cop that got me today. my parents have been with geico for 2.5 years now. it just seems like every claim or ticket is mine. my truck was vandalized in september of 06 ($2600 in damage)and i was rear ended in november of 06(only bent the bumper but still was claimed because of the other drivers car). my sister is also on their policy. she's 23. she got in 2 wrecks in 1 day back in march of this year.(complicated, but someone slid on our icy street and rear ended her volvo. then while waiting for the police to show up, this guy slid coming around the corner and hit my sisters car.
i really dont know what to do.
should i just plead guilty or should i go to the court house and talk with the D.A. and see if theres a way to not have it recorded on my record

Well you don't really have a choice except to plead guilty! You didn't have a seat belt on and obviously there is no way to prove differently! Fine is usually 100-250 bucks! I don't think that would raise your insurance but I guess that depends allot on how long your parents have been with the compnay on whether or not they want to cut you a break! But there is certainly no sense in fighting the ticket. Thats an impossible one to get dropped!
