no one should be able to because when you are on the phone all your mind is concentrated on is the conversation going on between you and whoever you are talking to. and when you arent paying attention to the road then you will most likely cause an accident because you arent fully alert of what is going on on the road |

No, no one should, its distracting...its actually illegal in some states, if not all, it is in NY where i am from...and 16 year olds probably shouldnt be allowed to drive in general. I am all for raising the driving age . |

I wish you could ask my daughter in law. she has 3 disc removed in her lower back along with plates on both sides of her spine, she also has 2 disc removed in her neck along with plates on both sides of her neck, all because some know it all knothead 16 year old thought it was more important to tune the radio than pay attention to driving, then slamming into the back of her car which was at a stop sign. the answere is no |

Depending on where you live, it's against the law to talk on cell phones while driving anyways.
I live in a pretty small town, and they haven't banned it yet.
It is dangerous though, regardless of age. |

NO, and I am sorry I don't even think 16 year old should be driving either! They should be required to have an adult with them while they drive at 16, them if by 17 they can pass all tests then be allowed to go solo...but still no phones~!!!!! |
