Should High powered cars be made illegal for p-platers?

Im doing my essay on ^^ i need to have why are they to fast and why are they uncontrollable for p-platers to drive.

in most countries, P Platers and learners are restricted to what cars they can drive, and the reason why is take a look at the morgue, all the you drivers who had no road experience and ploughed their over powered cars into many different objects, some times killing themselves and nearly always killing an innocent passenger or bystander
