Does that mean you think it would be OK to eat food from a regular restaurant while driving?
There should be no eating, drinking, smoking, makeup applying, cell phone dialing/talking, text messaging, radio tuning, CD selecting, child disciplining, or other distractions while driving. |

yep it is already, but it is also illegal to do it if U are stopped at the lights, with the car out of gear and the hand brake on, which is stupid.
its one of those things that the police can but never do prosecute for, unless they are having a really bad day, u just don't like U |

If you're going to outlaw eating while driving, you also have to outlaw talking on the phone, tlaking to the person next to you, changing CD's or radio stations, applying make-up, shaving and all the other stupid things people do while driving! |

Only if they need more money to buy ticket pads and brake pads.
I think the policemen should just park their cars and put up ticket booths by every intersection to see how many things we have in our cars that could prevent us from keeping our eyes on the road.
And honestly, I hope you don't have any kids.... whew, cuz that could be bad.
Then they'll start outlawing us from driving our kids to school!
But seriously, every law they put into affect to take our rights away; the more it'll cost em to take our money from us. |
