If this was Ontario, Canada her car would be seized for a minimum of 1 week under their new street racing laws. She would definitely lose her licence and could be fined up to $ 2000.00
Additionally; if her car is found to have been modified for racing, it could be sent to the crusher whether it is paid for or not. |

Hopefully, at the very least, they'll take her license away from her. From the offenses you've listed, I'd say your friend has got a serious issue with driving safely. For every violation she's had, she probably had dozens more days when she did the same thing, but didn't get caught.
I have no idea what your friend is facing. It'll depend on what state or even what county or city she's in. If I were her judge, she'd be walking home from court, not driving. |

In AZ, that's a felony. She could lose her license for a period of time, have to pay a fine or do community service. She needs to slow down before she kills somebody. |

where i live 3 tickets u lose lic...anything over 20mph over speed limit is reckless driving...she may go to jail..lose lic for sure...big fine...driving school and an insurance bill that will choke a horse. |

She can get jail time for the reckless driving. Anything 20mph over the limit or anything over 100 is considered an "exhibition of speed" and that is a HUGE knock on her record. So yeah, jail time, suspension of license and/or a HUGE fine. Sounds like she doesn't need to be driving anyway. Over 100 in a 45? Not someone I want on the road around me. Very dangerous. Very stupid. |

more than likely lose her driving privileges. she shouldn't have been going that fast in a 45 anyways. no good excuse for that one she is lucky she didn't get in an accident. |

Going to cost her a lot of money and loss of license and maybe some jail time. |

Where I live, that is considered a Criminal Offense and is punishable by fine, loss of driving privileges and the potential for jail or community service or both. She needs to know that when she goes to court (in the US) the judge will have a print out of all her violations, including the one where she went to traffic safety school.
107 in a 45!!! I would have liked to have heard that story if I was the arresting officer.... |

Let us hope your "best friend" get sent to jail and banned from driving for a long time. Regardless of the reasons you might think up there are absolutely no excuses for driving over speed in an controlled area. If this was in the UK your friend might find it very difficult to renew her motor insurance too. |

She obviously didn't learn anything in that defensive driving course. 107 mph in a 45 is considered reckless engagement and reckless driving. These are serious charges and she's likely to lose her license. If she was going that fast on the interstate and not a 45 mph zone, then maybe and only maybe, she'll have a chance. Driving that fast in a 45 is dangerous and the court is not going to take lightly. She needs to get a good traffic lawyer. |

she will loose her licence - definately
As its her 3rd offence I think its quite likely she'll get a custodial sentence.
Someone in the UK just got 6 months for doing 120 in a 60 limit so its not looking too good for your friend.
It seems like she needs the custodial anyway, she's not learnt from the other punishments |

I hope she goes to jail or they take her license away. What kind of an idiot is your "best friend"? Why don't you be a pal and tell her she isn't the only human being on the planet. We'd like to continue living without some brat teenager running us over. |

This sounds a bit strange. You cannot receive a ticket like this one without getting arrested and taken to jail. If you are clocked at 101+ MPH, they have to arrest you. It is the law in all 50 states. For something like this you will have to stand a trial for reckless driving, endangerment and possibly other charges. DL revocation/suspension is mandatory and if you are a previous offender, it is possible you might do a little jail time (30 to 180 days by law). |

if your in UK going over 100 mph you get a 12 month ban and a fine up to £1000 if you past your test in last two years you will have to do it all over again |
