Spiders in moving cars...?

Today I was in the car with a friend (she was driving) when all of a sudden a spider appeared on her steering wheel. Well, she flipped out. No, we didn't crash or anything, but she did find a paper towel in a hurry to kill it. I'm just curious about others experiences with spiders in a moving vehicle. Has this or something similar ever happened to you? What did you do?

not with spiders.. but with bees..
I was actually in driver training, and TWO days before, my instructor told us what to do in the event that a bee, or a hornet flew into the car (roll all the windows down (if you can) to push him to the back, and pull over immediately)
Anyways... I'm in the car with my instructor, and in flies a bee... I just looked at him and said "are you effin' kidding me, is this part of the test?"

yea it has happened to me I just moved my hands away from where the spider was and pulled over to the side of the road and brushed it out the door. |

Yes, this has happened to me, and I didn't really mind it, I just made sure it got out of the car when we reached our destination |

I live in a woods [forest], so I spray my car's interior often but in the evening so that I do not get bothered by the fumes. Once in an older automobile, I had left the windows open overnight and soon after a mouse was perched on the shelf looking at me, where my speedometer is located. I baited a sticky trap [sometimes humane measures take too long] and it was in there the next day. No more mouse. I suppose I got it before it could give birth to a gazillion more mice. Yuck. |
