It is illegal to operate a motor vehicle while wearing head phones. She can be fined for this if she is caught. The reason why it is illegal is because you are oblivious to your surroundings if you are listening to music in your ears, you cannot hear the traffic changes around you. She is a hazard and she should be reported. You should tell the local authorities about this immediately. Give them her name, the bus number and they should be able to take it from there.

I very much doubt it; get her name and/or number and call or write the bus company. I wouldn't want to ride with her!

Well; it's a novel way to deal with a busload of kids that you can't be bothered to control. However, it is illegal throughout North America and she should be reported to your school board or the bus company.

I can see why you would want to get her in trouble. After all, she's a bus driver and she's taking you to school. You should turn her in for being so mean to you.
