if he didn't take names I wouldn't worry about it. I won't preach on the dangers of doing this but even though you didn't throw any yourself, you could have gotten into just about as much trouble for just being there. You are mistaken about the no jail bit. They do have juvenile detention centers for minors that is just like jail.

I don't think you have any idea how many lives you used up today.

You didn't cause an accident that could have killed somebody and some Good Samaritan gave you a free lesson instead of beating the crap out of you; or worse. There was a news report a couple of years ago about a motorist pulling out a handgun and opening fire on a group of kids for doing this.

I did the same thing myself when I was younger. The driver got pissed off and wanted to make sure you don't do it again. I was scared and tried to run from him. Then he threw the car in reverse. And spoke to me.

The driver could call the police and it is illegal to throw snowballs at cars. Have them throw snowballs at each other for fun.

by reading all the other answers no one like to have fun(party poopers) its harmless as long as there is no rocks or ice in them. up here in pa we go corning. you take the corn off the cob while its still hard and find a place to hide and hit cars with it. i even got my dad to come out with us a couple times. its even better when some stops and gets out. it really gets you blood pumping

no man your safe as long as you did not give them your last name or the police catch you or they guy trys to beat your *** i did it all the time sometimes they get out of the cars thow thats when you gotta run and if there fast fight if you have a big group just jump them if they try to do anything to you last time i did this me and 2 friends this russian guy cameout and tryed to get my friend he ran into the garage and me and my other friend beat him up than he ran for his car another time we had a group of like 50 kids at a comunity center and we would peg them so bad plus we were behind fences and trees they had to go around to get to us and if they got out they were ether pelted so bad or we would jump them tell they ran back to there car but when the cops came we peged his car to and then he shined a light at us the big lights we peged them some more than we ran caouse he got out and everyone scaterd and went inside the community center and 5 mins later we were doing it agian and nver anyone got caought there were so many people and not one got caought caouse we all scarred and they cant say who did it when theres like 50 people and you can go to jail or juvi if your as young as 10 were i live

You.......no but for your friends it is a punishable crime to throw snowballs at buildings, cars and unsuspecting people.
