No child should sit in the front seat of a car because of the airbags. Especially if there is room for them in the back. |

In the front seat: no.
In a forwards facing seat, yes, if he is over 20 lbs. |

NO
This is one of the most dangerous things you can do. If you crashed he would get suffercated by air bag. Why would you even consider it. Children under 12 are to be back seat passengers at all times. |

Not sure on this one, I just wouldn't even if it was OK, ESPECIALLY if it was a car with an airbag - those things can cause serious injury - obvisously not as bad as going thru the windscreen but still! |

It is ILLEGAL for any child under 13 years off age to sit in the front of ANY vehicle. |

depends on whether you have a airbag on the passenger side. if you do then it can be dangerous since if the airbag deployed it could injure the child |

i have a 3yr old too , and she sits in the front in her car seat., its only a prob putting kids in the front when there in the first size car seat at air bags can suffocate |

car seats go by weight and height of a child. i'd imagine as your son is 3 years old he will be in a forward facing seat. this is fine to use in a front passenger car seat, if it is a britax car seat you are using you can go on the britax web site and they show you step by step what to do when fitting the car seat in the different areas of a car. Also if you are still not sure then you can go to any mothercare store which has a car park in the front and they will come out to your car and check it for you as well as insure that you are fitting it correctly. |
