Traffic signals at an intersection ... easy question 10 marks!?

whats the difference between a flashing red light and a solid red light at an intersection .. and same question for yellow light.

A steady red means stop until it changes to green. A flashing red means to stop and proceed when safe. A steady yellow will turn red soon son it means to be prepared to stop, A flashing yellow means to slow down and proceed with caution. Often you get a flashing red one way and a flashing yellow on the cross street. I think these are dangerous because the red side may think it is a 4 way flashing red but the yellow side keeps on going. I hope this helps, be safe.

Flashing red light could be treated as All way Stop sign.

Solid Red = Stop until green

Flashing Red = Same as Stop Sign

Solid Yellow = Light is turning red, prepare to stop

Flashing Yellow = Slow down proceed with caution
