Urgent parking problem?

Theres a builders truck and a skip opposite my drive. When I got home from work, I asked the driver to move his truck so I could get onto my driveway. He was very rude and swore a lot but moved so I could park.
My drive is now blocked again with him and he says he wont move again. They are building an extension on a house and will be there for weeks. I work as a carer and am on call. There is nowhere else to park. What can I do? I am not being awkward but if I am called out or need to go shopping, etc, I need access to my driveway.

Very very grateful for any advice.

the offence here is obstruction of the highway . call the police . they might turn up sometime..........

Your builder's attitude and his inconsiderate parking are unacceptable. Stand your ground - insist that he doesn't block your drive and tell him you have no qualms about calling the police if necessary. What an oaf!
