mine has the holes in the top of the middle seat

they are normally a optional extra and they dont fit them as standard because when you look through your rear veiw mirror all you can see is the head restraint

Generally the middle head rest is an optional extra - therefore it is not a legal requirement to have one.

Two only and you can get the third either from the dealer or just try ebay....
