You have to have rental coverage on your policy to get that. Maybe that's diff by state. |

Depends on who is at fault, or if you live in a no fault state, or if it was determined no one was at fault.
If they were at fault typically your insurance replaces your car and then gets reimbursed by the others insurance company.
If it was your fault/no fault, your insurance is responsible.
But it sounds like you have no insurance. That is illegal in most states, and if not, it was the risk you took. Also sounds like you were at fault. So now you are out of a car and someone else is probably going to have their rates go up. Good job.
I at least hope the police were called and a report was filed. If I am wrong and it was their fault, that would pretty much be your only recourse. |

If you have rental coverage on your insurance , your insurance company will provide you with a car. If not, you are on your own until you car is repaired, or until you buy a new one if that one was totaled. |
