to get to school if i was gonna bike i would briefly need to cross a highway. Ive done it before (my mom doesnt know) and im very careful and theres a crosswalk and everything even a button with the walking man and the red hand. My momm still wont let me go across and it is driving me crazy! How do i get her to let me?

I live in the fricken fanciest town ever and the intersection is right by a hospital. its pretty damned safe.

With the way that people don't follow the rules of the road I would not recommend that you do this for your own safety, this is just my opinion.....listen to your MOM.
