To the Woman putting on make up, whilst driving her green Fiat Uno badly in the outside lane of the M11 this morning,
If -you want to use the Motorway as a make-up studio, might I recommend the M6, rather thjan the M11- its much longer,so you should have a chance to get all your slap on.

Next time Note her registration plate.

At a more convenient time you should then report her driving skills Perhaps a recommendation for a re-test would be in order.

Phone your local police station. and remember the nearest junction they will be able to see her very clearly.

Do not feel bad she may only need a wake up call. In reality she could cost lives.
