If there was no Police Officer there, or a camera, nothing will happen. Had there been an Officer he could have given you a ticket or a warning. If there was a camera the bad news will arrive in a few days. Its normally good driving to look ahead for hazards but not if you ignore the imminent, Wishing you luck in the next few days. |

if no-one reports it and no cameras nothing will happen, i've done it a few times myself with out realising (oops!) it is human nature to make mistakes its learning from them that is important

If it makes you pay attention in the future put it down to experience, wait 14 days and if you dont get a notice of intended prosecution you got away with that one.

Claim you were watching the cars in front "Dicing" this is a perfect excuse if you are a F1 driver. In the real world you could have been caught on camera. If not, then learn from your mistake and make sure it doesn't happen again (same goes for Lewis) we all make mistakes, don't worry too much and definatly don't confess to the rossers! |
