when you're driving there's that thing under your left foot you need to press on everytime you're about to shift to a different speed, what's its name please ?

IT is called the clutch pedal we can only hope you are not already driving.

It's Called a clutch. in big trucks you have to double clutch it to shift gears , but i never use it except for take off's and stops.
marinate on that for awhile :)
