Sylvania Xtravision light bulbs give off a very bright light(not blinding light like many cheap bulbs). Very good visibility in poor weather conditions.

When I raced at Daytona in the Paul Revere 250 night race, I used Cibie driving lights. They gave me enough light to run at speeds up to 175 in the dark without out driving the lights. We also installed a set of "cornering" lights for illuminating the corners on the infield road course. Note: in those days, the speedway was not illuminated very much. Not near like it is today. I got pretty dark on the road course and the speedway wasn't all that bright either.:-)

I also used similar lights on my road cars but kept them on a separate switch to avoid blinding oncoming cars.

cibie super oscars !depends on your driving environment ,possibility of animals on road 1 pencil/ spot beam, 1broad beam. From my encounters with unexpected geusts they nomally jump out pretty close so broad beam is amust as they illuminate a broad area where you need it most. pencil /spot beam lets you know what is on the road or crossing way ahead .cheers!
