What are the laws in Indiana regarding blue LEDs on a vehicle?

I'm putting together some serious blue glow for my motorcycle and I just bought the tire valve caps that light up when the wheels are moving. Does anybody know the legality of using blue lights on a vehicle in Indiana? Also I would like red lights for my car so are the laws any different for red lighting?

Red & blue is reserved for emergency vehicles. The police can issue you a citation if any of those lights are facing forward of your vehicle. They can also confiscate the lights, so if they are not cheap, you may want to reconsider using a different color.

If they are emergency light color you can not use them your self image is nothing compared to a emergency with some ones life in the balance.And you can not have underglow on when moving anyway.

In Indiana -- Blue lights are reserved for volunteer firefighters on their private vehicles -- therefore unless you're one, you can't have them on your vehicle.
