That's a very tall order. There are a lot of accidents and a lot of reasons for those accidents. Air travel is safer than car travel statistics wise. Like every form of travel there are risks as well. If you want to read up on reports of accidents, try the NTSB(National Transport Safety Board). You can find reports on every kind of transportation including air accidents.
