I live in Manila where jeepney drivers stop in the middle of the road for passengers to get on and off. I'd like to know if there's any other place where driving is more difficult.

Detroit, because about a third of the people driving have no license or registration, all they have is a stolen license plate. Then the streets are confusing. Then to make matters worse some the streets or timed one-ways, this means that at certain hours of the day they are one-ways and other hours they are two-ways. If you are not familiar with the roads you have no idea on how to plan your route. |
