i drive a silver ford fusion and i love it like a baby.
a white car is the safest color for a car because it is visible in any weather conditions, especially at night. the next safest color is red because it is also visible in any weather conditions, but its not number one because its a little harder to see at night |

Ew no. No offense to slap rock or w/e it was, bright yellow is a digusting color, ESPECIALLY on a car. It looks SOO tacky and little kiddish, and not sleek or nice. I don't have a car, but when I do get one, it's going to be black , pearl white, or dark silver. Dark silver is a pretty safe color b/c it's neutral and a lot of people like the way it looks and it doesn't show scratches easily. |

I drive a Lazer Red Ford. But I heard from a cop that white is the safest color. It is seen better than any other color. But white is so mundane. |

My husband and I don't own a car, and we never will, although I have owned cars. My husband has never even had a license (he's in his 50s but has always lived in a large city ... we take a bus or cab to 'save the land' as much as to save ourselves from injury. According to the 'car safety people' the safest color car to own is white or light grey. Don't buy an orange car or a red car (the red gets more tickets than any other, with orange close to that). Don't buy a 'dark' car unless you are going to be driving only during daylight hours. Go with a light grey, if possible, to keep the 'glare' from your car color down so oncoming cars can see you clearly, not be blinded by the glare ... |

Define "safe"
If you mean high visibility, then yellow is best
if you mean invisible to cops, then light green (like the color of overcooked peas) is best. |
