Some idiot in a 2010 Honda Civic rammed into my 1964 Cadillac from behind. I didn't notice he hit me but I did feel a slight bump. I stepped out of the car and noticed I had a tiny little scuff in a part of the chrome. The Honda that hit me however had its entire front bumper caved in and his windshield/hood completely destroyed along with the fenders. The guy who hit me was unconscious. I called 911 and got medical help. Is that guy going to sue me? He hit me and left a scuff on my metal car's metal bumper!

those dang kids alla time lookin at the stereo bumpin 30,000 watts (3000 dollar stereo, 300 dollar car) whizzin in and out of traffic speeding shamelessly up to yet another red light so they can SLAM ON THE BRAKES. well looks like another wadded up toyonda or what ever that can car used to be, and it don't hurt the caddy none atall, jest think, guy coulda slowed down throwed away that bolt rattling stereo, and would still have a car. hmmm nuff said, glad he didn't hurt the caddy tho. |

reminds me of that one time some woman totalled her car going through a red light and hitting my dads van ... well needless to say my dad replaced a strut and fender and she totalled her entire front end

if you are at fault for the incident, get a lawyer, if not be prepared to do the same but you should fare well. he hit you, not visa versa. the old cars were designed not to crumple like a beer can, but the human body had to take the abuse. |

Be sure to call your ins. co. they will take care of everything for you. When the police wrote up the accident report did you get a ticket?
Yes most likely the other person will sue you (doesn't everybody now days?) but your ins will take care of it.
