What factors would help me reduce the turning radius of the ATV i am building?

I am looking around for feasible ways of reducing the turning radius of the off road vehicle i am building along with a team of mechanical engineers in my college
I think reducing the front track width of the vehicle will help in reducing the turning radius of the ATV drastically.Is it true?Are there any drawbacks in doing the same affecting the cornering stability of the vehicle.
I would really appreciate if you paste helpful links for references supporting your answer.Or at least an explanation.
the current basic dimensions of the ATV are
wheelbase=80"
front track=60"
rear track=62"
