What happened with the L.A train wreck?

it was because of human error...but was the engineer really texting someone, which caused him to run the red light? What happened?

The NTSB hasn't released any findings, reports are he was texting, which could explain why he missed a red signal.

it wasnt because he was texting.the freighter was not at fault.they found he was braking 1.5 miles back.the metro was supposed to stop on the side rail.if it was anything it was electrical failure.alot of **** had to go wrong in order for the metro to crash.
