What am I happy about just now?
What am I proud of in my life now?
Who loves me and who do I love?
etc.
After a traumatic experience you really need to recover your inner peace and help yourself out mentally and emotionally. |

First, seek treatment!! Whether the accident was your fault or someone else's, you need to be checked. Use ice on your sore spots. My suggestion would be to visit a good chiropractor. After x-rays he or she could see the extent of your injuries. Whatever he or she thought you needed, do it. If this accident wasn't your fault, perhaps it would be wise to hire an attorney. Some insurances are better to deal with if you have someone to represent you. If a chiropractor feels that you need physical therapy, that would probably be the best way to go. Good luck and feel better!! ps FYI if you hire an attorney, usually they wait for a settlement for their fee, so no $$ up front, normally. |
