What is the driving age in New Jersey?

Apparently there are different types of licenses that have different restrictions with different ages. I'm kind of confused.

Also, there is a law (I think it's called Kyleigh's Law) that would change some thing and make young drivers put a decal on their car. I'm confused about this too.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

When you're 16, you get your permit. To get this permit you have to pass the written test and go through 6 hours behind the wheel of a driving school. You can drive as many people as you want as long as you have someone 21 and over in the passenger seat.
When you're 17 you get your "cinderella license" which is just saying that you are not allowed to drive past 12 AM until 6 AM. You're only allowed to drive one sibling and one friend at the same time or one or the other.
When you're 18 you get your basic drivers license which allows you to drive like a normal driver with no curfew or limits to how many people you can drive.
As for the new law, anyone who was born 1994 and up has to get a certain sticker on both front and back of their license plates, can't get their permits until their 17, they get their cinderella liscense at 18, then they get their basic drivers license at 19.
