I agree with "dallas s":
It's a white, equilateral triangle with a red border and an exclamation mark (!) in the centre, very often with the danger indicated underneath in black lettering. (i.e. "Hidden Entrance", "Dips in Road" etc. but would add that the triangle has the point at the top, just to be pedantic. |

the english road sighn for danger is a upright triangle with a red border
all these triangles are warning sighns for example pic of cattle ( danger cattle crossing etc) there is lots of different warning sighns all trying to make you aware of the dangers that is on the road ahead.
upside triangle is warning you of a give way ( danger ther is a major road crossing you give way to traffic from the right ..
