according to my friend ,he can drive his car in the freeway from 120-140 km/hr.

Impossible with SLEX, traffic could get heavy on rush hours and the road is not that good. You try the speed in NLEX instead or the newly opened SCTEX (Subic-Clark freeway) not much cars either. Cheers!

Try this site..............The general speed limit in the Philippines is 60 km/h as its minimum and 100 km/h is maximum, although 120 km/h is still allowed.
