I'm going to say California. More specifically, Los Angeles...although there is more congestion in New York, the cars aren't moving as fast, so there is less chance of an accident. In LA, there are a lot of cars, many reckless/careless/drunk/speeding drivers, and traffic patterns are nearly impossible to keep up with. |

Hands down, ILLINOIS. No one there knows what the left lane is for... Illinois drivers are in a constant state of confusion, and they drive super slow. |
