What is the most disturbing thing that you have done to get rid of an aggressive tailgating driver?

i had my wisdom teeth pulled and on the way to work the same day i had this idiot climbing up my tail pipe even though i was going 10mph over. so i slowed tot he speed limit. which made him mad and made him drive more aggressively. i took the packing out of my mouth and let the blood and fluids collect in my mouth and waited until i got to where the road widened to 4 lanes. then as he got about 3/4 the way up the side of my truck i stuck my head out the window, smiled at him then pushed all that nastyness out of my mouth. got a direct hit on his windshield. he sped off and got pulled over for speeding. the next day on the way into work he was there again weaving in and out of traffic and climbing up everyone's tail pipe until he got behind me. then he slowed right down and stayed way back. he never climbed up on me again. lol friggin loser.

Oh, compared to that I have been mundane.
I drop it to 2nd, wait till I think they are about to hit the rear bumper and then punch it. I am pulling away as their car goes in to a panic stop.
I know the law requires brake lights, but nothing says I have to use them.

I flipped someone the bird and then immediately felt horrible, the guys daughter was in the car. I was ashamed.
I also have tapped my breaks and then if that didn't work I slammed them on. They backed off quickly.

Tom your spittin blood story is awesome. I once had a terrible sinus infection and I snorted and spit out the window and hit this guys windsheild. It was quite gross. I wondered if he had thought to himslef. " What in the heck kind a bug was that?"
It was sick!!

I once got off on the shoulder of the road and hit the gas. Which threw gravel all over the car behind me . Needless to say the backed up.

Well, that was pretty piggy, pretty disgusting, so sick it I find it hilarious! If you plan on doing it again some day, email me. If I am in your town, I would buy a ticket to watch!
While I rarely advocate any kind of reaction, this was poetic justice. You get to put a notch on your shift lever! You may just be the new king of tailgatergetters!

Some people have enough power in their windshield washer, and high enough aim that they can shoot right over the car onto the windshield of the tailgater. That is pretty cool, too.

haha thats funny, my dad used to drive stock cars and hes a really safe driver but knows when to get aggresive. the other day we were in his pickup while a big dodge ram was right on our butt. while we were still in our community! my dad swerved to show him that he can really drive. then we took off, leaving that guy in the dust. its kinda hard to explain but its so funny in person.

boy you sure showed him. I pulled over one time to let someone pass, I found out later his house was on fire which explained him being in a hurry

alot of police agencys want you to report them get his plate and call the police and report the slime bag get a bigger car andwhen hes behind you slam on the brakes is one of my favorites or get somepaint put it in a balloon and hit his windshild with it hell never bother anyone again

I PULLED OVER AFTER SHOWING A FINGER, AND GOT OUT OF MY CAR AND WAITED FOR HIM TO STOP, HE DIDN,T, HE SHOOK HIS HEAD AT ME AND SPED OFF!! I GUESS, I GOT LUCKY THAT HE DIDN,T PULL OVER BECAUSE I WOULD OF JUST GOT ARRESTED FOR ASSAULT AND BATTERY, I WAS REAL STUPID!!!! WOULDN'T PULL OVER AGAIN, I'M GETTING OLDER AND HOPEFULLY, WISER!!!!!
