Don't know what you're referring to. ESSPT does not come up anywhere. A few more specifics, please.

UPS came up with a program that plots the routes of their delivery vehicles using mostly right turns. This allows the drivers to get to their destinations quicker without wasting fuel sitting at stop lights.
