I just got curios and wanted to know which is the safest seat.

4 its in the middle of the car, as long as it has a shoulder seat belt, properly adjusted headrest. Remember the Princess Diana crash, the only person to survive was the one wearing a seat belt.

i think 4 because

1)you are less likely to get hit from what is coming in from the side
2)there is 2 people right next to you to protect you

the center of the center row, so seat 4, would be the safest position b/c it is the most protected in an accident. It has the most crumple zone around it.

In a normal 5 seater it's actually 5 (rear right) so I believe 8 would be just as safe if not more.
