This is probably crazy, but I drive fast, always have and probably always will. It absolutely drives me nuts when people see that I am approaching them in the "hammer/left/fast lane" and they refuse to move over regardless if they have the time and the room to do so. It makes me want to push their behinds right off the road. Even though I do drive fast, I do my best to be courteous to other drivers, but these folks really send me in orbit.

obviously it's cell phones. I can't stand when people talk on their phones while driving & decide too drive to slow because they don't know what they're doing. It drives me nuts

Cell phone use BY FAR!

Second place are the two-foot drivers that rest their left foot on the brake pedal so you can't tell if they're actually braking (it was a major factor in totaling my motorcycle).

Third place are Throttle Nazis that believe it's their job to keep everyone else below the speed limit.

When I am using my cruise control and I am starting to gain on the car in front of me. I see a car in the passing lane.
The car comes up so slowly that I either have to tap my brakes to slow down, or move into the fast lane and have them tail gate me.

people who signal to the left but merge to the right not even knowing. IN THE FREEWAY. also, people who tail gate. it ticks me off to the point where i slam on my brakes when they get really close to my tail. If they end up hitting me, it will be their fault.
