For example: 9:00AM - 5:00PM MON-FRI... Am i allowed to park here at this time or not at this time?

From what you have stated you are not allowed to park in that area between the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday thur Friday...
If that is all that it states then you can park there legally from 5:01pm to 8:59am Monday thur Friday...
Also it looks like you can park all day on Saturday and Sundays... |

This means that you cannot park here from 9 to 5 on Monday thru Friday
You can park here on Sat and Sun and after 5 as long as you are gone by 9 |

A) We come across a NO PARKING sign.
B) There is a time below the NO PARKING sign.
C) The time below the NO PARKING sign says 9am/5pm Mon-Fri.

If the sign says NO PARKING 9-5.....how is it even REMOTELY unclear to you that it's saying you can't park there from 9-5????
If you can't figure out a pointblank sign like that, it gives me great concern that you're on the roads in the first place. |
