What should i do about this safe?

OK, so this safe i bought 4 years ago came with 2 keys...overtime i lost one..and now i lost the other...it contains very important things...some fragile. How should i go about opening it? just a simple safe with a key/lock, no combination. Any ideas that do not require taking to a key smith?

Whelp...if you don't need the safe anymore you could do the following.
1. Drill out the lock with a drill and very large drill bit.
2. Take a hammer and punch...then punch the thing out.
Or try to pick it yourself
Or just take it to a lock smith and spend 20 bucks.
Or use your ninja skills to open it. Probably one of those ninja stars should work. |

yea just go find a nearby locksmith and he will probably figure it out. |

Doubt its your safe or that you've owned it for this long... its prob. hot and you just want in it. Either way sledge hammer and a pry bar. Or the locksmith if the stuff is fragile otherwise bust that thing up. |

You could call the company who made the safe and see if they can order you some more keys. Other than a locksmith, or ruining your stuff I'm not sure what else you can do. |

take it to a locksmith if u want to buy 100-200. or try drilling through the key hole with a drill bit the same size as the key lock |

go to the place where you bought it they always have some kind of master key for all the safes. of not they will have the proper material for opening it safely without damaging the stuff in it |
