Depends on what sort of traffic and the conditions.
80-90 is about average for me. But then again, in heavy rain it can go down to 40.

What has 60mph got to do with anything?

The speed limit on a dual carriageway is 70mph and always has been (except for a brief period during the oil crisis of the early 1970's) since the speed limit was introduced on December 22nd, 1965...

Some are 70mph but not all, watch signs. If your on a 30mph road and turn into another road where there is no sign it is still 30mph and so on.The bill for 173mph is 10 weeks in nick,so 100mph should get you about 6 weeks and a sore butt!

I can't think why you'd want to do 60 either, the limit is 70.

Shows what an expert YOU are.

The maximum speed is 60 mph, so if you choose to do more and get caught, just remember that today the penalties were increased - in this case it's now SIX points on your licence ! ! !
