I don't want anyone that is rude about answering my question. I was basically minding my own business while listening to my music on the radio and I was driving the speed limit and here I was sitting at the traffic light, the light was red and these young teenagers who look like they are 16 or 17 years old started to mock me and my driving. I have not done anything to mock them or to irritate them in any way. They asked me a question if I want the egg to be thrown at me and I told them no and stay away from me. They did not listen to me. So when the light turned green, the passenger in the front seat said, I thought so and then threw an egg at me. There were actually 3 young teenagers in the car. So, here is my question. What do I do if some young teenagers threw an egg at you while driving on the road? If you have any good ideas about what I should do about this that would be great. I don't want anyone to be really rude about answering this question. Who do I contact if something like this ever happens to me again or to another driver?

Get the license plate number and description of the vehicle, and any description you can of the occupants, and report the incident to the police. Note also the time and location of the incident. |

I would have got their license plate number and called the police so that could have handled this the correct way plus if needed I would have press charges against these idiots... |

lmao! i remember last year, these kids on my bus would throw eggs outside the window at cars and doors.
this one guy told the bus to stop and he got on and started cussing them out. well.
You should at least be able to get one of them, and call the police. |

Pull up on the side of the road (in a safe place) and calmly, slowly, get out of the car and look at the egg for a few seconds. Calmly shut your door and lock your car, and walk directly towards the teenagers responsible. Don't say anything, don't shout, don't be intimidated. Just keep walking towards them.
They'll probably crap themselves and run off. |
