like a car accident? well you need to walk out of your car and seek help. if you hit someone else, then you should exchange insurance information and work out a deal. if a cop sees the accident, they will tell you what to do.

Please specify "nothing" please. No clothes on? No license? No registration? No insurance? And what kind of accident? A car accident I assume? The first thing you need to do is call your insurance company.

You need to recognize you are screwed. Seriously though you should have your insurance card in your glove box for this reason. Depending on how bad the accident is it won't be a big deal that you don't have things like your license, if the cops need to show up you will get cited for that. The key thing is though you would still have registration, insurance card and that in your glove box. If the accident was just enough you have to exchange insurance info you still could, as well as showing ownership, or that you had the right to the car basically. If you don't have license, registration and proof of insurance THEN you are in trouble.
