It would go on for a while at basically the same speed until it either collides with something or due to wind resistance, slows to a stop. |

With no friction, the car would be unable to either turn or stop by itself. Brakes would do nothing. Steering wheel input would do nothing.
At some point, the car would collide with something, probably killing the occupants. Hopefully you catch the video to post on YouTube. |

the car will not be able to turn, slow, or accelerate as friction between the tires and road is required for that to occur. Therefore the car will simply continue on in a straight line until it is acted on by an external force;(another car or a tree/utility pole. |

Well, if there's no friction between car and road and the car is already moving fast, it would likely spin out. |

It wouldn't be able to make a turn or apply brakes, since it is the friction between the road and the tires that makes this happen. |

"A body continues to maintain its state of rest or of uniform motion unless acted upon by an external unbalanced force."
It will continue in a straight line for as long as no external force acts on it. If this hypothetical car on it's hypothetical friction-free surface also happened to be in a vacuum, this state of motion would continue indefinately. |
