I take it U mean the water was moving the car ?
It all depends on how deep your car was in the
water,and where it would end up. If the current
is strong enough to move a car,it could probably
move you too - roll down your windows to see how
fast the car is moving,and how deep it is,look ahead
to see what's ahead. if the water is shallow,get out
you don't want it to carry you into deep water,if it
does climb out on the roof,and look for something
to grab onto if you jump out,try to see which side
of the car is closest to shore,and go that way.
