Whats the crime for underage driving in NJ?

cause my friend just did that and i dont know whats going to happen to her?

If she was too young to have a learners permit or license or only had a learners permit, then she is going to be cited as being an unlicensed driver.

It is probably going to be a pretty high fine since this occurred in NJ & it could cause her to not being able to get a license at all until she turns 21.

im pretty sure you cant get your license until your 21 if you are caught underage driving.

SO you got caught driving oh I for got it was your friend. Public flogging on the court house lawn and then you can not get your license till your 21.

The crime IS underage driving, driving without a license, uninsured motorist. What you want to know, Genius, is what is the punishment. Because she is a minor, she will probably get off with a slap on the wrist. Maybe a night in jail, and community service.
