Its best to tense up mate...that way you will avoid your body being thrown around like a rag doll! |

If the car is high enough up and you have enough time you could hit the dirt and hope it doesnt get you. jumping is a bad idea as you will either go through the windshield or break both your legs. |

I would say in general slow down and gradually steer away from the other vehicle(s) but every potential accident is different so it would really depend upon the specifics ot the potential accident. |
