there was a dead cow carcass that i didnt see in the dark also a on different occasion a dead bear. both left alot of blood stains on my car. |

#1. Driving to college we were caravaning and our friends who were in frount of us ran over a momma horse <tear, ahhh, sobbbb, sniff - sniff, sigh> ... we were right behind him, and barely missed hitting the baby horse. It took us 4 hours to straighten all the details out. The poor momma horse was still alive by her legs were broken and her neck was hemeraging. They had to shoot the poor animal out of commpation for it <silence ... ahhhh ... tear - tear - tear> and my friend had to have his brand new and totaled by the impound. Very bad in all situations ... except the surviving pony was saved and returned to the ranch.
#2. While with my roommate, she ran over a porcupine, and it ruined her tires base ... it was a fortune to repair. |

I didn't run it over but I watched it get hit.
My husband and I were moving across town, we had his pick up loaded with kitchen stuff when one of my cabinets 72" x 30" x 24" fell out and a diesel hit and turned it into toothpicks I don't suppose that is strange but it had a little wow factor to it (I suppose the diesel was running about 65 mph and hit it right next to my ride) I am just glad it wasn't one of my antique cabinets.

I nearly ran over a rabbit yesterday. It came bounding onto the motorway into my lane and I narrowly missed it. I believe the car in the middle land ran it over which was sad. I do wonder why animals can be so stupid. Can't they see or hear traffic going fast across their path. Why attempt to dodge it? Weird! |
