Whats the website for listing people using mobile phones while driving?

i heard about this a while ago and tried to google it but haven't found anything.. anyone know what im talking about or know that it exists?

I passed 2 drivers in the space of 5 mins last night, chatting away whilst driving. It infuriates me.

i cant believe people sit there and take photos of these drivers. is there life realy this sad.

Sorry never heard of it.
But if there was one I'd be filling it in every day!
I see people on mobiles while driving at least 20 times a day it's ridiculous.

Let's see. People would have to take pictures of the offender and/or copy down their license plate, just like in that UK website one answerer provided.

Great. Then we'd have more people writing down or texting plate numbers while driving. That in itself is far more dangerous than simply talking. Plus, there would be an entirely new category created: taking pictures while driving.

Somehow I get the strange feeling that this would be adding to the problem, not helping it.
