D. Always look where you are going. Look directly, not through mirrors which give a mirror image. The other answers make no sense.

But you should also do A. Some trucks and SUVs have bad blind spots that hide small things that you can't see from inside the vehicle. Many children have died from being run over by their own parents backing over them in a SUV.

Is this from some form of theory test? The only logical answer out of these 4 is D, as this would give you better vision behind.
