Car who arrives first or, if cars arrive simultaneously, the car to the right has the right-of-way

someone's mom
The person who gets to the intersection first has the right of way. If you get there at the same time, yield to the person on your right.

This is really scary. If you don't know the answer to this you shouldn't be driving or at least read the DMV manual and review your laws.

megryanmc
the one that got there first or the one on the right

OK yeah well whatever
I never understood the one on the right business, especially if the other person is straight across from you. So, I always wave the other person to go. Nobody in my town knows how to drive anyway.

The one who arrives first, or the one to the right.

One never has the right of way, but you MUST yield the right of way.

First to arrive or the person to your right

Swirlgirl
Car stopped first or the car to the right if stopped simultaneously.

Beautiful Disaster

The first to get to the white line in front of them and then the next person whoafter them and then the next and then the last..

Order:
1. First car who arrived at the stop sign heading straight.
2 next car heading straight
3. next car turning right
4. Next car turning right
5. Next car turning left
6. Next car turning left.

Right of way:
1. Heading straight is first priority
2 Turning right is second priority
3. Turning left is the last priority.
